This is a 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 35 x 100 foot lot at 32 Menin Road in Cedarvale.

It is around the corner from the 4 bedroom house on a 40 x 120 foot lot at 160 Glen Cedar Road...

That has been listed since the summer when there was no price.  I guessed $1,999,000 and that it would sell for $1,899,000.

Turns out it was listed for $2,195,000.

This house is basically the same house and it is listed at $1,399,000.

Which probably explains why it is no longer on MLS.  For sure it sold.

But what is going on with Glen Cedar?  No way it sold for $2.2.
