69B Harshaw Avenue - BABY POINT (UPDATE)
In April, I posted a new build at 69A Harshaw Avenue in Baby Point...
It was the neighbour and mirror image house of this house at 69B Harshaw Avenue.
Both are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on a 25 x 100 foot lot and (UPDATE) though I thought they were built by Millworx, who I thought were the same builders of the house at 71 Morningside Avenue...
That sold for $1,515,000 in 2012...
Millworx were in fact NOT the builders of any of the above houses (thank to the reader for the correction!).
But they were the builders of these houses (again, correct me if I am wrong)...
The house at 72 Belvedere Boulevard...
That sold for $2,300,000 in March...
The house at 139 Galley Avenue...
That sold for $1,145,000 in October 2013...
And the house at 156 Windermere Avenue...
That recently sold for $1,650,000.
Even though they all have roof top decks (except Galley), I am not certain that they all were the same designers.
But these two houses were clearly the same designer.
They both have that kitchen backsplash that I don't love, but the uppers in this kitchen make more sense. I am just not so sure about that yellow wall around the fridge.
And I don't really get the toilet placement in the master.
Otherwise, this is a good house and this one has a back deck with a proper fence.
Though I am not sure what 69A Harshaw Avenue sold for, it was listed at $1,749,000.
This house is listed at $1,775,000 (so maybe 69A sold for asking).
It's a big house and if 69A sold for asking, I don't see why this couldn't sell for its asking...
Especially if a buyer can envision it with different furniture.
