7 Millington Street - CABBAGETOWN (UPDATE)
I like this house.
It isn't big, it's kind of located in a lane, it is attached on both sides, and there is no yard, just a rooftop deck...
But if you are a single person or a professional couple, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a transferrable leased parking spot is great.
I could be wrong, but I don't think the current owners are the ones who did the renovation. I just can't picture this couch...
Belonging to the person that built this kitchen...
Btw, is it just me or is that a really odd location for your Keurig machine?
This house is listed at $1,399,000.
If the 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house at 5 Welleseley Cottages that was listed at $1,299,000 could sell for $1,545,000....
There is no reason this won't sell closer to $1,500,000 as well.
It's just that it isn't as bright.
I do love that bathroom though.
UPDATE: Thanks to the reader below for pointing out that the architects and designers for this house were Core Architects...
The same architects behind the building in my post from this morning at 500 Wellington Street West...
And Seventy5 Portland that I posted in April 2012...
And a whole bunch of other Freed Development buildings.
So, does that mean they are going to be the architects for the Art Shoppe condos as well?
