Two years ago, in February 2013, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15.58 x 84.67 foot lot at 26 Tecumseth Street in Niagara.
It is a downtown location with a backyard that isn't super private...
But I liked the house.
It was clear that the furniture was well thought out...
And they had a Golden Tee machine...
It was listed at $799,000.
It's now back on the market and it's hard to tell if anyone ever actually moved in.
Nothing has changed. The teak and lamps are gone. There is no longer a Golden Tee machine...
But the paint's the same, the dining room light is the same, even the backyard furniture is the same.
With an 8% increase per yer for 2 years...
If the price 2 years ago was $850,000...
That would make this place a $1,000,000 house.
It is listed at $899,000.
It's still the house it was 2 years ago, it just doesn't show as well.
I'm thinking it will sell closer to $945,000.
