In November 2011, I posted this 2,344 square foot, 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo at 25 Scrivener Square.

It was a good condo, but I didn't get the dining room being in the kitchen when it wasn't open to the living room.  Either open it all or have the kitchen separate, but not the living room separate with the dining table in the kitchen.  It's weird (or is it just me?).

It was listed at $3,195,000  I thought it was REALLY expensive.

Looks like it never sold because it was back on the market 2 weeks ago with all of the exact same furniture.

The new asking price was $2,995,000.

And they were trying to sell it as a 3 bedroom.

So..still really expensive, but considering that 3 years have passed and it was a drop, it was a much better price.  And it was really still  only a 2+1 bedroom.

But it has sold...

For $2,950,000.

Wonder if these buyers looked at 55A Rowanwood Avenue as well but decided that the $14,525.24/month condo fees were a better option ?
