Three days ago, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 35 x 100 foot lot at 32 Menin Road in Cedarvale.

It was a very similar to the house that I posted this summer at 160 Glen Cedar Road...

Except that house was listed at $2,195,000.

And this house was listed at $1,399,000.

So...this wasn't sitting for long.  And as it turns out, when I posted it, it had already sold.

It actually sold in 2 days...

For $1,575,000.

Not bad for a 3 bedrooms house.
