AND IT WENT FOR - 423 Parkside Drive - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

Last Tuesday, I posted this 7 bedroom, 3 bathroom triplex on a 50 x 125 foot lot at 423 Parkside Drive in High Park/Roncesvalles.

It was listed at $889,900.

And there was no way that is what it was selling for.

When you consider that the similar house at 371 Parkside Drive...

Or the house that looked like it was basically falling down at 491 Parkside Drive...

Sold for $1,120,000 and almost $1,300,000 (I think) respectively...

This house was way underpriced.

So when it had a price increase a couple of days later, I wasn't surprised.

But $899,900!?!

No idea what that was about, but this house did sell within the week...

For $1,300,001.
