AND IT WENT FOR - 61 Robert Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

On Tuesday, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18.67 x 92 foot lot at 61 Robert Street in Harbord Village.

It was a good looking house on the outside, and if you were into the colours, a great looking house on the inside.

I was into the paint, but wasn't so crazy about the green.  Other than the kitchen cupboard, that green could be changed though.

According to the reader who sent it in, this house was designed and owned (at some point?) by Bruce Kuwabara from KPMB Architects.

But according to a Toronto Life article sent in my another reader, Kuwabara 'has lived on Lowther, Huron, Elgin, Boswell, and Admiral', but there was no mention of Robert (maybe because it's not the Annex?).

So...I am not certain if this ever was Kuwabara's house....

But it was a good house.

It was listed at $1,299,000.

It sold...

For $1,299,000.
