AND IT WENT FOR - 7 Millington Street - CABBAGETOWN

Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 23.65 x 80 foot lot at 7 Millington Street in Cabbagetown.

And I really liked it.

Turns out, it was designed by Core Architects who are also the architects behind many (or is it all?) Freed Development projects.

It was listed at $1,399,000.

I thought that if the house at 5 Wellesley Cottages could sell for $1,545,000, then this could sell for $1,500,000.

It didn't.  

After 12 days on the market, it sold...

For $1,380,000

Maybe it was too dark.
