22 Arlington Avenue - WYCHWOOD
Earlier today, I posted a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 140 foot lot with a garage at 72 Alcina Avenue in Wychwood.
It showed a little dark in the photos because all the curtains were closed except for the bedroom. But I thought it was a charming house in a cottage/beachy type way with the blue paint and grass carpet.
It was listed at $975,000.
I thought it was a little high.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a similar 20 x 124.33 foot lot with no garage but 1 parking spots.
It too kind of has a beachy feel with the wood countertops in the kitchen, and the similar blue paint in the bedrooms with the light carpet.
But this house shows a LOT better (helps that the curtains aren't closed!).
The house on Alcina is not a family house with only 2 bedrooms, but this one is.
And it just looks more up-to-date.
It is listed at $949,000.
This asking price makes the Alcina house look waaaay overpriced, but considering that this isn't sell at asking and probably closer to $1,050,000...
Maybe Alcina is still just a little overpriced (like 10% or so)...especially if someone is buying that one just for the land.
P.S. Love this dining room set...
