But you would need to be okay with being only 2 doors away from the subway...

It was listed at $679,000.

Because of the location, regardless of the subway, parking lot, and neighbour...

I thought this could sell for $825,000...maybe more.

It sold in 6 days...

For $837,000.

Hmm...wonder if the Gough flippers bought it.
