AND IT WENT FOR - 6A Brockton Avenue - LITTLE PORTUGAL
In October, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 44 x 90 foot lot at 6A Brockton Avenue in Little Portugal.
It was listed at $2,400,000.
It's the home of Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone, seen here from the 2012 Toronto Star article about the house...
Two years after the house had already been on the market on an off since 2010 for $2,250,000.
If you were into white and clean, this is the house for you. But considering that it is basically an alley way house, I didn't think it would sell for $2.4, especially since it hadn't sold for $2.25 a four years earlier.
It didn't sell at $2.4 and the price was dropped in November to $2,250,000, the same price as 2010.
Again, it didn't sell. But in the meantime, the house at 4 Lennox Street...
It made me wonder if this house was going to drop the price.
Well...
As of today, it looks like it was back on the market, with no drop, for $2,250,000...
And thanks to a reader for letting me know that it is now off the market.
It sold in 1 day...
For $2,000,000.
