AND IT WENT FOR - 196 Bain Avenue - RIVERDALE

Three days ago, I listed this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom flipped semi on a 16.33 x 115 foot lot with 2 parking spaces at 196 Bain Avenue in Riverdale.

As far as flips go, it was a good one.  

I wasn't crazy about the front steps or the fact that there was only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms on the second floor.

But it was a done house overlooking Withrow park from the back.

It was listed at $1,299,000.

I suspected it would go fast and that it would sell closer to $1,485,000.

It sold in 4 days...

For $1,455,000.

Guess the new owners needed that $30,000 to build some sort of built-in to mask that vent situation happening in the living room.
