At the beginning of last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 100 foot lot at 280 Wright Avenue in Roncesvalles.

It was a great opportunity to redo a house that was a bit of time capsules full of teak.

The asking price was $1,055,000.

I thought it was going to sell fast and perhaps closer to $1,225,000.

Well, a few days after the renovated house with the large family room extension at 229 Wright Avenue down the street sold for $2,350,000...
