PRICE DROP - 9 Strathearn Road - CEDARVALE
I wonder how long the longest listed house in Toronto is...
Because I think this 6 bedroom (the older listing said 5), 6 bathroom house on a 100 x 355.89 foot ravine lot at 9 Strathearn Road in Cedarvale might be the winner.
Six and a half years!!!!!
That is how long this house has been for sale.
Here is the price history:

I first posted it in July 2012 when it looked like this...
And had this creepy photo...
As I mentioned in that post, there is something kind of Omen-esque about it.
But it was also beautiful and I kind of wish they didn't get rid of the ivy (even though I am not a fan of ivy).
Last June, it came back on the market, but at an increase to $4,695,000.
The new price is...
$3,950,000.
This one might do it!
