That was listed at $1,880,000 and sold for $2,005,000.
This house was listed at $1,199,000.
When I saw it last week, I thought that even though it was located really close to Bloor and Bathurst, the price was low and that it would go over.
I didn't post it but was thinking it would sell somewhere around $1,350,00....maybe $1,400,000
It sold after 10 days...
For $1,605,000.
That's just under what each semi at 61 and 63 Madison Avenue sold for in October 2013.
P.S. This parking spot is weird...
