AND IT WENT FOR - 155 Simpson Avenue - RIVERDALE
In mid-March, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16 x 99.67 foot lot at 155 Simpson Avenue in Riverdale.
It was a great looking house on the outside.
And on the inside...it was interesting.
The house was very 80s, but the photos on the wall are what was the most interesting. It was covered in photos of 80s icons like Margaret Thatcher...

And Richard Simmons...
The house was listed for $949,000.
I though it would sell fast. It didn't.
Turns out, it was put on the market again a little over a week ago for the same price.
It sold in 2 days...
For $925,000.
