Almost a year ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 135 foot lot at 17 Hillhurst Boulevard in Lytton Park.

It was a really good house with a faux hockey rink in the basement...

It was listed at $4,199,000.

Considering that the house at 124 Glencairn Avenue...

 Had just sold for $4.4 million, I thought this price wasn't crazy.

But it wasn't as large or in as good of a location, so I thought it was more of a $3.7 house then.

After a year, it sold...

For $3,925,000.
