At the end of February, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 124.33 foot lot at 22 Arlington Avenue in Wychwood.

It wasn't a huge house, but it was a done well and was move-in-ready with a parking spot (but no finished basement).

It was listed at $949,000.  I thought it would sell for $1,050,000.

It didn't sell.

Turns out, it looks like some people complained about the open upper cabinets in the kitchen...

Because the owners added some uppers...

And relisted it last week...

For $899,000.

This time around, it sold...

For $987,500.
