AND IT WENT FOR - 33 Astley Avenue - ROSEDALE

On Friday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 203 foot lot at 33 Astley Avenue in Rosedale.

It was a good house on a ravine lot in North Rosedale, but this wasn't the first time it was listed.

Last May, this house was listed at $2,295,000.

Despite being on a busy street and being located beside a boarded up house...

And not being super large...

I thought someone would love it and it would sell closer to $2,495,000.

It didn't and the price was dropped in June to $2,199,000, then to $2,089,000 three weeks later.

It never sold, but apparenlty was rented out.

Last Friday, it was back on the market for $2,199,000.  Or was it $2,150,000?  

As it turns out, this house was listed with 2 different agents with 2 different brokerages.  Could it have had 2 different prices with 2 agents!?!   Or did it drop at some point!?!

Either way, this house finally sold...

For $2,130,000.
