AND IT WENT FOR - 530 Roselawn Avenue - ALLENBY

In January, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 132 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 530 Roselawn Avenue in Allenby.

Overall, it was a good house.  I wasn't crazy about the look of the front and there were a few quirks on the inside,

But it was move-in-ready in a good neighbourhood.

It was first listed in October for $1,749,000.

Considering it was more of a 2+2 house (because that 3rd bedroom felt more like an office with the transom window), that was a little high.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in November to $1,688,000, then in January to $1,599,000.

I still didn't think it would sell for ask but perhaps somewhere closer to $1,525,000.

It finally sold a little over a week ago...

For $1,535,000.
