SOLD - 1008A Logan Avenue - DANFORTH/GREEKTOWN
Two days ago, I posted a detached house at 102 Eaton Avenue...
It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 16.75 x 124.5 foot lot.
Something about it reminded me of the house that sold last spring at 98 Gough Avenue...
Which it still does...
But what REALLY reminds me of the Gough house is this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 15.04 x 120 foot lot with one parking spot at 1008A Logan Avenue just on the other side of Pape.
Because this is obviously done by the same flippers as the Gough house.
It has the same table and light...
As the one at Gough...
The same floors...
As the ones at Gough...
The same kitchen...
As the one at Gough...
It just doesn't have the same railing.
I really liked that railing at Gough...
But this is a smaller house so the glass railing gives it a bit more space.
The Gough house was listed at $989,000. It sold for $1,275,000.
This house was listed at $989,900. It sold...
For $1,250,000.
Does that mean that 102 Eaton will go over its $1,299,000 ask? Well, it's on the east side of Pape and it doesn't have parking...
So, I'm sticking with $1,225,000...maybe $1,250,000.
