This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 30 x 95 foot lot at 43 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.

It looks better in the streetview (sort of)...

And very well maintained.  

But that's not why I am posting it.  

I'm posting it because the inside looks like it was inspired by this photo...

There is a sculpture of King Tut...

Grapes hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen...

A grape sconce...

A brass sunflower light in the kitchen (I think that's what that is)...

A hot pink carpet...

 And this Barbie bathroom (which might need to stay)...

Not to mention the wallpaper in the bedroom...

Basically, this house is amazing.

I'm just not sure it's $1.290,000 amazing.

I supposed if you did a full reno (but leave the bathroom), this could be worth $1.6...maybe.

But if the house at 73 Ellerbeck...

Sold for $1,250,000 in November 2012...

Is this house that needs a bunch of work (unless you are into the style and want to keep it) worth the same 2 years later?

I don't think so.

But I do think it could sell around $1,050,000...

Maybe.
