AND IT WENT FOR - 727 Sammon Avenue - EAST YORK

Last week, I posted this 2+2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow on a 21.75 x 114.95 foot lot with a garage at 727 Sammon Avenue in East York.

It was an old bungalow that was renovated so that the house could be lived in as a whole, or as a main floor unit and a basement unit.

And it felt just like the house around the corner at 189 Woodmount Avenue...

That was basically the same idea.

But they were done by 2 different people...so I guess this is a trend?

That house was listed at $649,900.  It sold for $800,000.

This house that I liked more and had a garage, but one less bathroom was listed at $699,000.

Even with one less bathroom, I thought it could sell for $845,000.

It just sold...

For $836,000.

Would have been $845,000 if they had some Pellegrino.
