PRICE DROP #5 - 51 Roxborough Drive- ROSEDALE
Sooooo....
This house.
It's been on the market since September 2012.
It's a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 37.63 x 165.74 foot lot at 51 Roxborough Drive that was designed by Barton Myers in 1974.
And nothing has changed since then.
Here is a picture of the house from the 70s and that dining room table and the tree are still there...
I wonder if this Captain Fantastic pinball machine was there in the 70s as well...
When this house was listed almost 3 years ago, the asking price was $6,500,000.
I thought that was WAY too high. Like a million or so too high.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $5,995,000 in May 2013.
And again in November 2013 to $5,595,000.
And then to $5,195,000 in March 2014.
At some point since, I think it dropped $4,995,000 (or something like that).
It has now dropped again to $4,695,000.
Uhhhhh............
I don't think this is the last drop.
