PRICE DROP - 176 Bedford Road - ANNEX

Just over a year and a half ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom loft (?) at 176 Bedford Road in the Annex.

It was a unique space that, though it was set up as an artist's studio, I could see as an actor's pied-a-terre.  Kind of like Mark Wahlberg's alleged condo at 36 Hazelton Lane.

Now that I look at it again, it kind of reminds me of the loft space at 4270 av. Colonial in Montreal that was listed at $4,900,000 just 2 years ago only to be dropped to $2,895,000.

This house was listed at $5,950,000.

It never sold.

A month ago, it was back on the market and the price was dropped...

To $4,998,000.

Good drop, but I still don't think it's selling.
