PRICE INCREASE - 78 Salem Avenue - DOVERCOURT PARK

I first posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 22.5 x 130 foot lot at 78 Salem Avenue in Dovercourt Park in February.

But it was first listed in July...

For $1,499,000.

When I posted it in February, the price had gone up to $1,528,000...

It didn't sell...

And it had a price drop a couple of weeks ago...

To $1,288,000.

Getting closer!

But now?

It has had a price INCREASE...

To $1,388,800.
