(Note: that was a typo in the listing, it should be Gren Weis)
But from the looks of the furniture and the way it is all put together, I am guessing this is a designer's own home. Or someone who hired a designer...
Because everything is just right. And even if this isn't your style, you have to admit it is pretty amazing.
The last house I posted on Macpherson was the house at 202 Macpherson Avenue...
It was also a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a slightly larger 19.15 foot lot, but it wasn't as 'done'. It was still a great house, but to get to the state of this house, it would need a fair bit of work.
That hosue was listed at $1,395,000. It sold for $1,360,125.
This house was listed at $1,549,000...
A fair price, maybe a little low, considering the selling price of 202 Macpherson.
It sold in 2 days....
For $1,825,000.

UPDATE: Thanks to the reader below for pointing out that the designer that I was convinced helped out with the interior of this house was most likely Sarah Richardson.
As the reader pointed out, this house was featured in Richardson's show, Design Inc. (good memory?).
