When I saw this house last week, I meant to post it.
It's....ummmm.........interesting.
It's not a big house, but has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it sits on an 18.83 x 64.67 foot lot with no parking.
The kitchen is a bit rustic...
And there was clearly a sale on shingles at some point because these shingles at the front...
Are also in the bathroom...
But the craziest thing is the stairs/ladder to the 3rd floor (or whatever is up there)...
They start ON the bannister.
This house was listed at $599,000.
In February, a house across the street at 34 Palmerston Square...
Was listed (I didn't post it) for $699,000, and if I remember correctly...
It sold somewhere around $730,000 (correct me if I am wrong!). But it looks like it may have had parking.
This house, without parking, was probably going over as well, but perhaps not as high..
It sold...
For $762,000.
So......whatever is up in that 3rd floor must be pretty amazing.
