It's a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house on a 16.75 x 124.50 foot lot at 102 Eaton Avenue on the Danforth and it has been listed since the end of April.
It was a flip that had looked like this...
And there was something about it that reminded me of the row house at 98 Gough Avenue on the other side of Pape...
That was a flip done by the Gough Flippers, but it wasn't their house.
The Gough Flippers had been busy working on the house at 1008A Logan Avenue...
That had sold for $1,250,000.
When I posted this house, it was listed at $1,299,000.
I thought this house would sell closer to $1,225,000...$1,250,000 if there were no issues with parking on the street.
After the sale of Logan, I still thought this would sell for $1,225,000...maybe $1,250,000
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,249,000 by the end of May.
A month ago, the price was dropped again to $1,099,900.
Two days ago, this house sold...
For $1,253,000.
