I first posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 16.75x 124.50 foot lot at 102 Eaton Avenue at the end of April.
It was a rebuild that used to look like this...
And I liked what they had done.
It sort of reminded me of the house at 98 Gough Avenue...
That sold for $1,275,000 last spring.
Though that house was a row house and this house was detached, based on the location, not to mention some quirks in this house and no parking, even though this house was listed at $1,299,000...
I thought it would sell closer to $1,225,000, maybe less...unless parking wasn't an issue.
It didn't sell and in the meantime, I posted a house at 1008a Logan Avenue...
That was a flip done by the same flippers as the Gough house. It was listed at $989,900 and it sold for $1,250,000.
Which only confirmed to me that Eaton would be $1,225,000 house...maybe $1,250,000.
It still hasn't sold and the price was dropped last week...
To $1,249,000.
