This is a 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 100 x 170 foot lot at 115 Dunvegan Road in Forest Hill.

It's a huge lot.  

But the house.  It's tired...

Look at those shutters.  They have seen better days.

So, when I saw that this house was originally listed at $12,000,000, I was shocked.

As I mentioned, if Peter Munk can't sell his house on a 225.39 x 263.92 foot double lot for $18,000,000 after dropping from $25,000,000....

There is no WAY this could sell for $12,000,000.

It didn't.

When I posted it in October, the price had been dropped to $10,995,000.

Sure, it was designed by KPMB, the same people behind this house...

But there was still no way this would sell for $11 million.

It has had another price drop.

The new listing price is...

$9,600,000.

Still too high.
