This house has been on the market for a while.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 125 foot lot at 281 Delaware Avenue in Dovercourt Park and first posted it in November 2013 when it was listed at $849,900...
Which wasn't going to happen.
It was basically the same as the house at 445 Delaware Avenue...
That sold for $601,100 a year earlier.
It's also basically the semi version of the house I posted earlier this week at 577 Clinton Street in Seaton Village...
That is listed at $899,000, but it is detached and doesn't have stuff like this happening in the house...
So, this wasn't an $850,000 house.
I thought it needed to drop by about $200,000.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped in June 2014 to $839,900.
And then in August to $819,900 when I posted a video of a chihuahua dancing to keep you busy until the next drop...
Four days ago, the price was dropped again..,
To $779,000.
And until the next price drop to $730,000...
