Like that house, this house over looks St. George's Golf Club and both have been listed for a while. But inside, these are not the same houses at all.
This house that I first posted in February 2014 has not been touched for decades.
And I can't decide if the woman who lived here is this woman...

The asking price a year and a half ago was $4,500,000 which was way too high.
In July 2014, the price was dropped to $3,900,000 which was still WAY too high.
In February 2015, the price was dropped again to $2,850,000.
It was still too high but...
It has now had a price increase...
To $3,050,000.
