AND IT WENT FOR - 184 Balsam Avenue - BEACHES

In July, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 25.33 x 115 foot lot at 184 Balsam Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a good house that had recently been renovated and I really liked it.

I just wasn't crazy about the fact that there were only 2 bedrooms for a 4 bedroom house.  

And for $1,450,000, the basement wasn't done.  Probably a little high.

I thought this house would sell closer to $1,350,000.

Ten days after I posted it, the price was dropped to $1,399,000.

It finally sold...

For $1,362,500.
