I am not sure who the Television Decorator is, but one reader suggested it might be Candice Olson.
But considering that her company is neither of these 2 companies with signs on the front yard...
I'm guessing it must have been someone else.
Not to mention, this is the kind of kitchen she designs...
Which is not quite the same as this kitchen...
Regardless of who this designer is...
My guess is Colin and Justin (maybe it's just the wallpaper)...
This is a good house. It's bright, it's done...
But a lot of people didn't like the coffered ceiling in the living room...
I didn't mind it.
This house was listed at $1,850,000.
It sold on Wednesday, the same day I posted it...
For $1,850,000.
