It was listed at $859,000. Because of the size of the house and the potential to be amazing, this was clearly underpriced.
By the beginning of July, it had been flipped and was back on the market as a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house.
Problem was, one of the bathrooms was basically a box in the middle of the first floor...
It was awkward.
But it was a good house for the most part if you were okay with the new build feel of the flip.
The asking price was $1,899,000.
I thought it would sell fast but not quite at ask.
Four days later, there was a price drop to $1,799,000.
It has finally sold...
For $1,750,000.
