This is a 5+1 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 12,000 square foot house on a 70.33 x 172.16 foot lot at 263 Warren Road in Forest Hill.
I am pretty sure it is a flip because this is what it used to looke like in 2010...
When it was listed at $4,495,000.
And though there is some furniture in the house, there are more rooms that don't have any. Plus, when it was listed in September 2014, there was basically nothing in the house.
So, I'm guessing this is a flip. A very pricey flip.
They moved the front door from Kilbarry back to Warren Road. It also looks like they doubled the size of the house and they completely gutted it.
When it was listed in September, the asking price was $15,680,000.
By June of this year, the price had been dropped to $15,000,000.
I'm not sure I would want a Hunger Games lamp for $15 million...

This house just sold...
For $13,000,000.
Or $8,000,000 more than the 2010 asking price and, though I could be WAY off, I'm guessing this wasn't close to an $8 million reno.
So....
Even though it didn't get ask...
I'm guessing this is what the owner wants to say to all the people who doubted the $10,000,000+++++ asking price...
