Last week, I posted this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a garage on a 25 x 137 foot lot at 18 Brunswick Avenue just north of College in Harbord Village.

I thought that considering that the house on the other side of Bathurst at 392 Markham Street in Palmerston had just sold for $1,800,000...

And the house one street over at 119 Major Street had just sold for $1,301,000...

That this house was selling closer to $1,545,000... maybe more.

It sold in 4 days...

For $1,580,000.

At that price point, no one is buying this to live in as is.  

This house is getting a major renovation.  Please don't let it be a flip!!!
