Two days ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 100 foot lot at 33 Anderson Avenue in Chaplin Estates.
It was a good house.
The upstairs bathroom was a little small and was a little out of date. There were only 3 bedrooms , but you could make the master smaller to make a 4th. And the kitchen wasn't huge.
But it was a south facing lot and could have a small extension.
Plus, it was close to Yonge and Eglinton.
The asking price was $1,429,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $1,515,000.
It did have a Kitchen Aid mixer...
It sold the day I posted it...
For $1,480,000.
