PRICE DROP - 276 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL

In May, I posted this 4 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 100 x 120 foot lot at 276 Forest Hill Road in Forest Hill.

It looked like a warehouse, or a school as one reader suggested, but I liked it.

And inside was probably done in the 80s or 90s, but I loved it.

It was listed at $6,850,000.

I thought that was a little high and that it would probably sell closer to mid 5s.

It never sold and the price has been dropped...

To $6,799,000.

This is going to take a while.
