PRICE DROP - 638 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON

In June, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 14.04 x 125 foot lot at 638 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston.

I assumed it was a flip because it looked like this 3 years ago...

I am not certain if it was.

But there was something about it that reminded me of the Barn Door Flip at 455 Euclid Avenue...

For me, there was too much exposed brick but I could see how someone would like it and the house.  

It was listed at $1,399,900.

Because the 3 bedroom house at 455 Euclid Avenue sold for $2,025,000...

It thought this would sell closer to $1,450,000, even though it was only 14 feet wide.

Turns out, there weren't a lot of people who loved it, and the house never sold.  In July, the price was dropped to $1,359,000.

It still hasn't sold...

So, I'm guessing it's time for another drop.
