This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 119.88 foot lot with one parking spot at 140 Glendale Avenue in Roncesvalles.
Other than that thing that I'm not loving on the third floor...
This house reminds me a lot of the house at 201 Geoffrey Street...
It has a similar layout on the first floor but that house was in a bit better shape.
But this could be a great house. It just needs a lot of work to get there.
Considering that the house at Geoffrey that probably had work done since it sold for $1,536,000...
I'm thinking that this house is going to sell over its asking price of $1,297,000.
Maybe closer to $1,425,000...maybe $1,450,000.
