Several weeks ago, a reader sent in the listing for this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 273 x 135 foot ravine lot at 514 St. Clair Avenue East.
As the reader mentioned in his email, this place is often described as 'the flying saucer or the space ship house'.
And though the inside does not look like the Millennium Falcon...
The interior is still impressive. It has 3 full trees growing in the front hall!
But like the house at 17 Douglas Crescent...
That just had its 4th price drop...
It was built in the 80s and is not going to be for everyone.
Which is why it will probably be really difficult to find someone to buy this for the $10,000,000 asking price.
Sure, the lot is amazing and the house is unique, but to bring it up to date will cost a lot of money. And at $10 million, the person who buys it will want it exactly how they want it.
So, I think this will sit for a while at this price.
