AND IT WENT FOR - 19 Edgewood Crescent - ROSEDALE
At the beginning of October, I posted this 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a detached garage and 1 parking spot on a 27.8 x 151.25 foot lot at 19 Edgewood Crescent in north Rosedale.
As it was really only a 3 bedroom house because the +2 rooms were adjacent offices with built-ins, the idea of it reminded me a lot of the house a few streets over at 25 Maclennan Road...
Both houses seem to be designed with only 1 person or a couple in mind.
The house at 25 Maclennan was designed and owned by Michelle Lloyd of Lloyd Ralphs Design...
While this house was designed by Sarah Richardson of Sarah Richardson Design.
And it was done.
The house at 25 Maclennan was listed at $2,795,000 in April 2014. I thought it would sell closer to $2,450,000. It sold after 2 price drops for $2,150,000.
This house was listed at $2,395,000.
I thought it would sell closer to $2,225,000.
It took 3 weeks, but this place finally sold...
For $2,395,000.
I guess it did have that Kitchen Aid mixer...
