PRICE DROP #2 - 176 GLEN ROAD - ROSEDALE

I first posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 45 x 105 foot lot at 176 Glen Road in north Rosedale in October 2012.

It was listed at $3,150,000.

It looked like a good house with nice floors, the bathroom was good, the kitchen was nice...

But the pendants weren't centred, the kitchen didn't have a lot of storage, and the house was only 3 bedrooms.  

I really wanted to see a floor plan, but there wasn't one...

Until the price drop this past June.  And here they are...

Ummm...

That's a weird layout which is why I thought the new price drop to $2,950,000 was still too high.

I was thinking maybe $2,650,000.

It hasn't sold and the price has been dropped...

To $2,750,000.

Annnnnd....

It's for lease...for $10,000/month.

This is going to take a while.
