In July, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 25 x 90 foot lot at 40 Heydon Park Road in Dufferin Grove (for some reason, I said it was in Dovercourt Park instead of Dufferin Grove....I guess cause they both start with a 'D').
It was a house located next to the mirror image of this house at 42 Heydon Park Road...
That was listed in 2013 for $879,000 and sold for $910,000.
Two years later, this house was initially listed in July for $1,049,000.
A week later, they increased the price to $1,149,000.
Sure, it has parking and 2 years have passed, but this house doesn't have an updated kitchen like the neighbour, and an apartment building overlooks the house.
I thought the price was a little high.
It hasn't sold and as of a couple weeks ago, the price has been dropped...
To $1,098,000.
They should have stuck with the first price.
