44 Bellwoods Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a garage at 44 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods. 

A reader who has always admired it sent in an email a couple of days ago wondering what happened to this house because, as he said...

'as far as I can tell, it was never listed - but a 'sold' sign appeared on it the other day'

So, turns out it was an Exclusive Listing.  But what happened?  What did it sell for?

I have no idea, but this house is just as charming on the inside as it is on the outside, if not more.  And though there is no information about the lot size, but my guess is about 38 x 65.

According to the Kijiji ad, it was listed at $969,000.

 My guess is that it sold closer to $1,085,000.  

Even though it isn't large, it's unique and it's on a pretty good lot...

Which makes me wonder if it's staying.
