This house was listed in April.

It is a 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 25.25 x 129 foot lot at 154 Cottingham Street in Summerhill.

And though the layout was a bit wonky on the first floor, I kind of loved the house.

I just wanted to see a floor plan because it's kind of hard to figure out the 4+2 bedroom thing, and I have no idea where the stairs are located.

But overall, I thought it was a great house.

It was listed at $2,195,000.

I thought this place would sell fast, and based on a house a few streets over at 44 Walker Avenue...

That sold for $2,512,000 in 2 years ago...

I thought this place could sell for $2,525,000.

It sold for $2,150,000.

And then, 6 months later, it was on the market again.

The asking price was $2,150,000.

It didn't sell and two weeks later the price was dropped to $1,995,000.

It just sold...

For $1,950,000.
