Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house condo with a detached garage at 25B Northcote Avenue.
It was one of the single family dwellings split into 2 separate 4 level dwellings like the condos at 170 Markham Street and 170A Markham Street...
The condos at 25A and 25b Givins Street...
And the condos at 110 Palmerston Avenue...
If you took the comments from the posting of this house as a focus group...
Actually...it didn't.
Most comments about this place were pretty negative with regards to this type of densification strategy, regardless of whether the kitchen was good, the floors were nice, and all the bathrooms were done well.
So, when people read that the price of this place was $1,299,000 with $237.50/month condo fees, everyone was like...
